ITIL version 3

NordicAware offer courses in ITIL version 3. The new course is based on the best practise IT infrastructure Library version 3:

• ITIL® Continual Service Improvement
• ITIL® Introduction and ITIL® Glossary publications

ITIL version 3 is an update of the ITIL version 2 library. The main difference between the two versions is that ITIL version 3 is centred around the service lifecycle. This means that the litterature on version 2 being about each process, is now centred around the lifecycle in proportion to the service deliveries.

NordicAware offers courses in ITIL Foundation version 3 from July 2007. In addition we offer former students who have been through ITIL Foundation version 2, a one day refresh course where we go through what is new in version 3.
